Host Duncan Strauss Interviewed Howard about CAPS’ Pet Shop and Puppy Mill Work
On January 31, 2024, CAPS President Deborah Howard appeared on Talking Animals on NPR affiliate WMNF in Tampa, Florida. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time to discuss CAPS’ expanded mission.
CAPS’ mission now includes California Shelter Reform and National Latino Outreach – spay/neuter and vaccination outreach through TV and radio PSAs, website, flyers, and social media. Strauss has invited Howard back to discuss these campaigns at a later date. Howard last appeared on Talking Animals on March 27, 2013.
