The property owned by Crist Lapp has two residences and several kennel buildings. There was an eastern residence and a western residence, with the eastern one listed on Google Maps as Blue Rock French Bulldogs. That residence had four kennel buildings around it, though I only saw one dog (breed unknown) in a run, while numerous dogs were visible in runs of the single kennel building by the western residence.
For the eastern kennels, I saw three smaller structures with indoor/outdoor runs made of crushed rock and chain-link fencing. One did not have inner portions in a building but had runs connected to a row of dog houses, while the others were connected to buildings through doggie doors. There were four to twelve runs for each smaller structure, while the larger one had 15 runs on one side and 11 on another. While I only saw one dog in a run of the larger kennel, urine and feces stains were noticeable throughout all of its dog runs (3.1 Housing Facilities, general (c) Surfaces (3) Cleaning).
The western kennel was a larger structure identical to the larger kennel building by the eastern house. It had 15 dog runs on one side and 11 on the other. Each run was about four feet wide and 10 feet long. In each of seven runs I saw a Yellow Labrador Retriever, along with three other smaller dogs I couldn’t identify. Two of them were housed in the same runs with the Yellow Labs. Urine and feces stains were evident through the crushed rock floorings, and fresh feces piles were visible throughout, indicating the runs had not been cleaned in over 24 hours (3.1 Housing Facilities, general (c) Surfaces (3) Cleaning).
Within 60 feet of the kennel building was a raised manure retention pond, about 50 feet in diameter. It was filled with dark brown manure water and had a pipe leading to it from what appeared to be a small dairy building, where a Holstein cow was seen outside.
