The southeasternmost kennel structure was the only kennel building on the property that was visible to me. This structure consisted of a building with seven runs on both the east and west sides. The runs had outdoor portions that were each approximately 3.5’ wide x 12’ long. The runs had concrete floorings, galvanized mesh walls, and doggie-doors allowing access to the indoor portions of the enclosures. Also visible to me was a chain link wall running east to west, north of the pens. The concrete flooring of the outdoor pens extended beyond the pens, through the area with the chain link wall, to a building just north of the kennel structure. I observed a dog north of the chain link wall, though the animal’s entire enclosure area was not visible to me.
