Summary:
Thank you to everyone for your continued support to stop puppy mills! There are dogs locked up in cages in the back room of this place. And here are the statistics from the Illinois Department Of Agriculture:
2-17-2012  55 adult dogs – 40 puppies
4-20-2012  60 adult dogs – 50 puppies
7-6-2012  60 adult dogs – 45 puppies
How many dogs can we cram in those cages? This store is probably around 400 square feet. The back room? Who knows….nobody cango back there and see the dogs stacked in the cages. In my opinion, this is inhumane. If anyone has bought a sick or dying dog from puppy parlor, please go to www.caps-web.org and fill out a pet store complaint form. Thank you!
