The January 9, 2025 issue of VCReporter, an award-winning newsweekly serving Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai, Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park, California features CAPS President Deborah Howard on the cover. The in-depth article on pages 8 and 10, talks about the founding of CAPS and how our early efforts resulted in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy of Docktor Pet Center, a franchise chain of 300 stores.
