Wappingers Falls pet store owner barred from selling animals

Summary: CAPS investigated both American Breeder stores in NY and provided evidence to the New York Attorney General. In addition, we encouraged online pet shop complainants to file a complaint with the Attorney General. The Poughkeepsie Journal featured CAPS and its investigations of American Breeders in its two-part series that ran in March and April 2015.
