The kennel had indoor/outdoor runs on two sides of a metal barn, with the outdoor runs on one side of the barn clearly visible to me. There were nine, made with galvanized wire walls, concrete floorings, and doggie-doors to allow access to indoor portions of the runs. The pens were about three feet wide and five feet long, with one to three dogs per pen. A chainlink run was running off of the opposite side of the barn, with part of it visible to me, as was a German Sheperd who was inside.
