A special THANK YOU to CAPS (Companion Animal Protection Society) for all of their efforts to save the 35 Puppy Parlor dogs. This great organization works tirelessly to expose unscrupulous breeders and cruel practices by pet stores. It was CAPS effort that led to rescue of 35 dogs in Lisle – and many, many more throughout the country.
