CAPS’ Christmas March Against Barkworks for Selling Sick Puppy Mill Dogs

WHAT: CAPS is conducting a silent march for puppy mill awareness — a boycott of Barkworks, a pet store chain that sells dogs from inhumane commercial breeding facilities in the Midwest. Protests have been obstructed by the Mall, which has placed limits on constitutionally protected free speech.
