Melanie led me to the first building which had two rows of stacked kennels. It housed about 15 to 20 dogs. A Schnauzer on the top row vomited twice while I was there (Sec 2.40 Attending veterinarian and adequate veterinary care (b) Adequate veterinarian care). Melanie showed me a 7-week-old female Husky that seemed to be straining to urinate and was frequently licking her vaginal area (Sec 2.40 Attending veterinarian and adequate veterinary care (b) Adequate veterinarian care). There were 3 Schnoodle dogs, about 12 weeks old, next to the Husky in the same kennel (Sec 3.6 Primary enclosures (c) Space requirements).
Building 2
Across from Building 1 were kennels for medium and larger dogs. There were three, 60-lb. dogs in one kennel (Sec 3.6 Primary enclosures (c) Space requirements).
