Pet store closes amid charges of abuse

Summary: 
CAPS investigated American Breeders in Mohegan Lake, NY twice and in Wappingers Falls, NY once. We also went to Best Breeds, the store he owned in Mamaroneck, NY (this store changed owners and names and has since closed). NY Ag & Markets wouldn’t take action against any of these stores. Sadly, he sold the American Breeders in Danbury, CT rather than shut it down.
